KABOOM!

Monday night television has never been better. We thought we had it good with The Love Boat followed by Fantasy Island. We thought it couldn't be more entertaining with 90210 infront of Melrose Place. My friends, NBC has totally out done themselves...watch out Spelling Enthusiasts, there's a new leading show in town and it's called:

"CHUCK!"
"na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na"
and for those current non-viewers, the "na-na's" are in honor of the theme song by Cake
It all started many moons ago. In a room somewhere. In a town. With some people. How's that for a rich detailed beginning...yeppers, that'll do.
Chuck's a computer geek, turned accidental MAJOR GOVERNMENT ASSET AND LIABILITY who's protected by his undercover agent girlfriend and her partner whilst, yes, I said whilst, working at a computer/appliance store. Meanwhile, his sister is engaged to Awesome, (Hi Ryan! lol) and the three of them, Chuck, Ellie, Awesome, share a house. Really cute one, by the way. The dialogue is fast. The dialogue is catchy. The actors are ridiculously good looking and quite frankly you need to check it out.
Monday nights Channel 4 NBC 8:00 or 9:00 depending on what you tivo :)
The other Monday night show that's caught my eye is my alter ego, Heroes...
The title speaks for itself or does it...
OH STEPH! Did the Super Heroes from the Hall of Justice transform onto tv? No, in answer to that thought, they didn't. BUT looks like some crazy doctor from Los Angeles was bored one day and injected a bunch of crazy hormones into babies and now "they're all growed up and running...AMOK. That's right, AMOK." I've just started this season with Heroes, so I don't have a lot to add otherthan I think they need to add an invisible guy...the fly on the wall...or YA! A bug shifter, not SHAPE, strictly bugs. Then the suspense will really kick in... Will he get squished? Will he be eaten accidentally on a salad cruton and then make it all the way down the intestine to discover the villain really HAS swallowed the micro chip with the pictures of the Underground Prison holding Al Capone and his fellow crime enthusiasts for more experimentation while teaching them to cook for Emeril through mental telepathy? Wow, I'm exhausted.
Take care, don't litter and read all you can get your hands on!

Did you hear they're remaking Melrose Place now? Hope Saved by the Bell is next. Oh wait. I think they already did that... "the new class." Never mind.

Hollywood needs some new fucking TV writers. Get on it.
